2024 annual meeting & dinner

We hope that you are making plans to attend the Madison County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Meeting and Dinner slated for Thursday, February 13th, 2025 at Grant Hill Farms (29 Waynes Lane Commerce, GA 30530).

Networking will begin at 5:00 pm followed by dinner at 6:15 pm. The evening will also include special recognitions and a silent & live auction.

We are SOLD OUT! Please be sure to get your guest list to Anna Strickland no later than January 16th!

Attire

We are celebrating the Chamber's 40th Anniversary and 5 years of tremendous growth. Please dress in cocktail attire.

Tablescaping: A Targeted Marketing Opportunity

Even if you cannot attend the event, we invite you to decorate a table that highlights your business in theme of “History in the Making!”. There will be a “ballot” box on each table. If a member wants to connect with you and learn more about your business, they can place their business card in the box. Diamond members may decorate free of charge. All other businesses may purchase this opportunity for $50.00. All tables must be decorated by February 12th. Registration to participate in tablescaping must be completed by February 5th!

Auction Information

We are currently accepting auction items with at least a $25.00 value. All proceeds from the auction will support the Chamber's community and economic development initiatives. Your donation plays an important role in helping the Chamber and the community connect and grow! Donations are due by January 24th.
